This exercise will make you grin.


Prone Leg Lift
Start
1.     Lay face down with your palms on the floor stretched in front of you or folded under your forehead.
Movement
1.     Straighten your leg then lift it a few inches off the ground with your toe pointed.
2.     Lower your leg to the floor with your knee remaining straight.
3.     Repeat with your other leg, then get marching!
